SCRIPT NAME :    create_mnogo_indexer_conf_files_from_lh.php

This script is intended to be used for zzask.com as a cron job to 
get all the domain urls in the category table and build a server file to be used for indexing
Only those records with enable = yes will be included

To use, call like this : 
./create_mnogo_indexer_conf_files_from_lh.php
-c <category name>  - create server file
-v  echo out debug messages
